I stayed in the hostel during my stay in Copenhagen. The accommodation is very expensive. Imagine you have to pay 20 pounds a night just to stay in a basic hostel. The biggest downside i find is to bear with other travellers who are not that considerate to others.
The female shower room is pretty dodgy.
My room - six bed female dorm
The hostel itself
The Little Mermaid! Still remember how we were fascinated by Hans Christian Andersen's Little Mermaid? That's the statue. It is not that impressive huh?
The spiral walk inside the Round Tower. In order to get to the top of the tower, you have to follow this spiral walk.
The top of the Round Tower
Frederiks Church
Amalienborg - The Royal residence
Nyhavn - the canal side where is full of restaurants and bars
A partially self governed and semi legal community. A dodgy place which trading cannabis is legally in that area. A little bit like smaller version of Amsterdam, where trading and taking drug are deemed legal. It is a shame that, no picture is allowed to be taken in this area.
Carlsberg visitor center
Free beer offered after a not free tour at the end
The local Danish fastfood.
Pølsevogn - a stall selling different sausages with different toppings and sauces. Niceeeeeeee!
The menu. The cheapest sausage cost around 2 pounds. Not so cheap actually
The toppings that you can choose.
The fried onion and fresh onion that you can put as much as you can on the sausage
The first sausage that i tried with pickles on top.
The second sausage that i ordered. The sausage is put on the hole of the bread with mayonnaise in it.
My confidence is boosted after this trip.
Who say i can't read the map? I definitely can!
